DROPSHIP PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Account Information
- Dealers must have an existing customer account set up with Orion Wholesale.
- Dealers must comply with all Manufacturer Advertised Pricing.
- Payment terms are the same as non-dropship orders.
- Credit policies apply to all dropship orders.
- Invoices are sent in the same method to the Dealer as non-dropship orders.
- Contact the Sales Executive with any questions regarding orders.

Customer Service And Returns
- No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior approval. All returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based upon the purchase price (freight excluded) at the discretion of Orion Wholesale. No returns, under any circumstances, will be accepted after 10 days from the date of the invoice. Shipping charges, both inbound and outbound, are non-refundable, no exceptions. Refused packages that are to be re-shipped must be pre-paid and will be charged freight from both the original shipment and the reshipment. Refused packages that are not re-shipped will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges before a refund is issued. Orion Wholesale will not send return shipping labels directly to the consumer, the Dealer’s customer. It is the Dealer’s responsibility to obtain the merchandise to be returned to Orion Wholesale.
- Orion Wholesale will not accept any used merchandise for returns or replacements. This includes items removed from the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Orion Wholesale will not contact the consumer, the Dealer’s customer, on unserialized merchandise.
- Orion Wholesale will not be held liable for any shipping related issues or lost packages resulting from address changes after the merchandise has been shipped from Orion Wholesale.
- Orion Wholesale is not responsible for missing, stolen, or lost packages after a shipment is successfully delivered.
- Orion Wholesale will not contact manufacturers directly on behalf of the Dealer or consumer regarding factory-related issues.
Ordering And Shipping Information
- The preferred method of submitting a dropship order is through API integration.
- Orion Wholesale is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses to consumers.
- Dropship orders can only be placed in the continental U.S. which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- The prepaid shipping rate for dropship orders is $13.00 per order for standard delivery service. Orion Wholesale reserves the right to change shipping rates without notice.
- Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. box addresses, as a signature is required upon delivery.
- Orion Wholesale will also accept the Dealer’s freight account number to ship orders. Orion Wholesale will coordinate with shipping carriers regarding delayed or lost shipments. Please contact the Sales Executive or customer service at service@orionwholesaleonline.com.
- If a dropship order is unable to be delivered to the Dealer or consumer and returned to Orion Wholesale, the dealer will be charged an additional dropship freight fee of $13.00 when the order is re-shipped at the request of the Dealer.
Manufacturer And Shipping Restrictions
- The Dealer is responsible for compliance rules to all state and local laws enforced on their customer. The Dealer is responsible for all customer service needed to obtain and replace the non-compliant merchandise.
- The Dealer will indemnify Orion Wholesale and all subsidiaries, employees, officers, and representatives, from any liability associated with the sale or drop-shipment of any merchandise purchased from Orion Wholesale. The Dealer acknowledges it is the Dealer's sole responsibility to know the laws for which the business must operate.
- Orion Wholesale complies with all manufacturer's drop ship restrictions.
- Orion Wholesale will not drop ship ammo directly to consumers in the following states: California, New York, Rhode Island, Washington DC, Chicago, Illinois, or Annapolis, Maryland.
- The following states require FOID and State Issued ID to be provided before shipment: Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut.
